If there are any issues with the package itself or the avatar in game, please ensure you have taken all basic troubleshooting steps to make sure it's not a user error. If a problem persists or is genuinely out of wack please join my server and use the ticket system to request help if needed! I or someone else will be there to help you as soon as we can and get you squared away!!!
There is a step by step .txt file included in the Zip file but even still, please definitely try all existing tools to help you upload.
